Our Team

Brantley Barnes is the owner of Paul Davis Restoration of the Sandhills. He is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Odor Control. Brantley has been a licensed General Contractor for over 20 years. He and his wife Connie have two beautiful children.

Connie Barnes is the Emergency Recovery Coordinator and Contents Manager at Paul Davis. She works with several agencies to assist families in emergent situations to asses and restore clients livelihood. She is a former teacher who, in 2017, moved on to become 100% part of the Paul Davis team. She and Brantley work together to make Paul Davis great!

Sheveil Harmon is the Marketing Director on the Paul Davis team. She began with us in 2019. She helps establish a positive relationship between Paul Davis and its partners. She is always working to help create better connections for Paul Davis. Sheveil is CE certified, and IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. 

Christin Hagemann is the Project Manager and joined our Team in January 2020 with many years’ experience in the Restoration industry. She can see a home built from the ground up and knows the ins and outs of the building industry. Christin is IICRC certified in Fire and Smoke Damage, Odor Control, Trauma cleanup, Water Restoration and Applied Structural Drying.  She loves her husband, her motorcycle, and her sweet pups. 

Noah Pipes is the Mitigation Manager and joined our team in May 2020 with an eagerness to learn more about the restoration industry. He is detail oriented and always eager to serve our customers. You can find him on the roof or in the crawlspace, he is no stranger to hard work. Noah is IICRC certified in Fire and Smoke damage, Trauma cleanup, Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Noah loves his wife, Duke, and his sweet pups. 

Matthew Pittman is a Mitigation Technician and joined our team in April 2020. He had previously worked part time with us on our Contents division but came on full time to learn more about what we do. Matthew works alongside Noah to ensure our customers are well taken care of. He is no stranger to doing the dirty work of crawling around crawlspaces to find the source of a problem. Matthew loves his girlfriend, playing music with his band, and teaching kids how to play the drums or guitar.
